About the course

Given the rapid pace at which new tools are emerging, many entrepreneurs do not know where to start or which applications can bring real value to their business.

The main challenge is not to use more artificial intelligence tools, but to correctly identify which business need you are trying to address. Starting with the technology, without first defining the problem or the expected outcome, can lead to wasted time, unnecessary investment and solutions that are difficult to integrate into day-to-day work.

In this first part of the course, you’ll learn where and how to apply AI in your SME to make a real impact.

  4. Analyse your business, identify specific opportunities for applying AI and select a viable initial use case.

The course is completely free and it is fully funded by Santander.

We recommend that you access the course on a laptop or a desktop computer, although you will also be able to access it on a mobile device (tablet / phone). You will require an internet connection to access the content as it is not possible to download or review it offline.

When you have finished the course, you will receive a certificate by email which you can download and save.

The course begins as soon as you enrol, and you can complete it at your own pace.

Online classes are on demand and can be completed at your own pace.
