We resolve your questions

To enrol in a training programme you have to access the landing page for the specific programme you are interested in, and check if you meet the minimum requirements. If you meet them, click on the "Register" button to start your application. If you are already registered on Santander X, you will be asked to log in. If you are not yet registered, you will first have to register on the platform.

Once you have logged in or registered, you must complete the specific application form for the programme. Remember that once completed, you must select "Send application" so that your application is submitted.

When you access the landing page for each training programme, you will be able to see who it is aimed for and what minimum requirements you must meet to be able to participate in the selection process. 

 Unfortunately you cannot edit your application once you have registered your company.

To get proof of your registration you must go to your profile on Santander X, "Name" and select "My Programmes". Within this section you will be able to see the programmes you have applied for and the registrations you have completed.

Yes, you can register your company for more than one training programme at a time.

Once you submit your application, an evaluation process begins. If you move on to the next stage, you will be notified via email and you will have to complete the next steps. So, as you go through each stage, you will be notified and contacted.

We receive a high volume of applications for each training programme. If you are not selected, it is important to know that your business has been evaluated against a number of criteria by a group or evaluators, and on this occassion, your company has not been selected to move on to the next phase.

You don't need to do anything. If you are at an advanced stage of the application process, you will already be in contact with someone from Santander and you will be able to notify them of your decision.
