You will learn to apply ESG criteria aligned with your company’s identity, strengthening the business area from a sustainable perspective.

  1. Implement actions in line with key global frameworks.
  2. Understand the fundamentals of a sustainable business model across different sectors.
  3. Identify your stakeholders and create an influence vs. interest matrix to improve engagement and dialogue.
  4. Become familiar with standards such as GRI and SASB to measure and report sustainability performance.
  5. Analyze the risk of greenwashing and how to align your communication with regulatory frameworks.

The course is completely free and it is fully funded by Santander.

We recommend that you access the course on a laptop or a desktop computer, although you will also be able to access it on a mobile device (tablet / phone). You will require an internet connection to access the content as it is not possible to download or review it offline.

When you have finished the course, you will receive a certificate by email which you can download and save.

The course begins as soon as you enrol, and you can complete it at your own pace.
