Discover the most relevant legal aspects to obtain financing for your company. With this course you can learn everything you need to access financing from private investors and negotiate the essential terms of the partners' agreement in the various phases of your company's growth

  1. Know the stages of an investment round, its types of legal and negotiation documents.​
  2. Learn the legal due diligence process that you must follow when raising an investment round: preparation of materials, process to follow and possible problems that you may face.
  3. Discover the key components of a shareholders' agreement, what its usual terms and clauses are and how they affect the relationship between founders and investors.

The course is completely free and it is fully funded by Santander.

We recommend that you access the course on a laptop or a desktop computer, although you will also be able to access it on a mobile device (tablet / phone). You will require an internet connection to access the content as it is not possible to download or review it offline.

When you have finished the course, you will receive a certificate by email which you can download and save.

The course begins as soon as you enrol, and you can complete it at your own pace.

Online classes are on demand and can be completed at your own pace.
