  1. Perfect your pitch to attract investors: Learn how to effectively communicate the vision, value and potential of your startup to attract the interest of investors and funders.
  2. Conduct effective market research: Master the techniques and tools to analyse the market. Identify opportunities and validate the viability of your product or service in the current market.
  3. Explore different business models: Become familiar with a wide range of business models, from freemium to marketplace, to identify the most suitable for your startup and understand how to generate a sustainable revenue stream for your business.
  4. Create a solid business plan: Develop a detailed strategic plan that defines the goals, strategies and tactics for the growth and scalability of your business.
  5. Master product lifecycle management: Understand how to manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception and development to launch, growth and eventual renewal or discontinuation.

The course is completely free and it is fully funded by Santander.

We recommend that you access the course on a laptop or a desktop computer, although you will also be able to access it on a mobile device (tablet / phone). You will require an internet connection to access the content as it is not possible to download or review it offline.

When you have finished the course, you will receive a certificate by email which you can download and save.

The course begins as soon as you enrol, and you can complete it at your own pace.

Online classes are on demand and can be completed at your own pace.
