About the course

This course will teach the strategies, tools and skills that managers must have to make their company or business project known: the tools for digital communication management, how to plan events and the design and execution of a Communication Plan.

What will you learn

  1. You will learn how to use digital communication tools (social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, mobile applications) to replace traditional channels (posters, brochures, newspapers) and thus achieve a fluid, scalable, less structured communication, closer to conversation and exchange.
  2. You will learn the communication techniques that a good manager should use to create a brand, strengthen the message and give credibility to the leader.
  3. You will understand the importance of a correct Communication Plan that should serve as a guide to establish the objectives, strategies and communication actions of any company, regardless of its sector or size. It establishes how, when and in what way a certain organization or person is going to relate to its target or internal public.
  4. We will explain how to prepare, design and implement a communication event so that your company can connect directly with its audience.

No, we currently only have provision for one licence per company.

The course is completely free and it is fully funded by Santander.

We recommend that you access the course on a laptop or a desktop computer, although you will also be able to access it on a mobile device (tablet / phone). You will require an internet connection to access the content as it is not possible to download or review it offline.

When you have finished the course, you will receive a certificate by email which you can download and save.

The course begins as soon as you enrol, and you can complete it at your own pace.

Online classes are on demand and can be completed at your own pace.
