16 September 2026 – BrightHR Employment Rights Act workshop in Oxford

Our partners at BrightHR are hosting a free expert-led workshop at our Oxford Work Café to support business owners with staff in staying compliant with the Employment Rights Act.

About the workshop: The Employment Rights Act is bringing in 28 key legal changes for businesses in 2026 and 2027. Changes to sick pay, parental leave rights and more took place in April. And changes to tribunals, harassment and unfair dismissals are coming in October.

To support business owners with these changes Santander and our partners BrightHR are hosting a free expert-led workshop with clear steps for staying compliant with the changes in law. There’ll be plenty of time to chat to BrightHR’s experts and ask any questions you have.
